Manual Muscle Therapy
Physically breaks up adhesions (scar tissue) in muscles and so they can move properly
Adhesions are areas in your muscles where scar tissue forms in the muscle fibers. They're caused by strains, micro-tearing, overuse, and other injuries. Scar tissue stops the fibres from sliding freely and reduces blood supply to the muscle. If adhesions are not broken up, it will cause tightness, pain, and injury.
Hands-on therapy breaks up the scar tissue using a combination of pressure and active movement of the muscle. This isn't a normal, relaxing spa massage. Your muscle fibers are being forced to break free and slide properly. The pain means it's working!

How it works: Red light causes increased cellular activity. But it has to be the right frequency and enough power do get results. I've been using Red Light Therapy for several years on clients with a variety of problems. And I've tried all kinds of devices from different manufacturers. I've learned what gets the best results for specific conditions.
Helps muscles heal by increasing blood and oxygen flow to the treatment area. This flushes out scar tissue and helps the body rebuild healthy muscle fibers.
What does it feel like? It's painless. You sit in a chair and relax while the pads rest on your body. Your muscles will get slightly warm, so it feels nice and relaxing. Sessions need to be at least 15 minutes long to see results.
